FULL REFUND

• If Tightrope needs to cancel a class due to illness, or low registration, you will be refunded in full.

• If you cancel your registration 72 hours or more before the course start date, you will receive a full refund, with the exception of The First Step which is non refundable.​

PARTIAL REFUND

• If you cancel your registration within 72 hours of the class starting you may receive:

  • 100% Credit

  • 50% Refund​

NO REFUND

• Once the course has begun there will be no refunds issued. Exceptions will be made in the case of death, serious injury or serious illness. 

• The First Step is non refundable, however you may switch the date of your registration up to 1 time.
