"We believe that anyone can improvise. The feeling of trust and teamwork in improv is phenomenal and hugely empowering"
Dan Dumsha
Director of Improv for Work & Wellness
"I really loved the comments and the games that were trying to show us the elements of successful communication is connection, is having an intention, is bring present to the other, is bringing positivity and support to the other - and that the speech can come later - I've spent so much time focussing on how I communicate and I don't give myself enough credit for bringing the other elements to my interactions. I really appreciated this insight...it was really healing!"
"This improv series was light-hearted and always upbeat. The main take-away for me was: no matter what goes well, or not, it’s all improv and it can all be just for laughs. But, beyond just for laughs, it turned out to be a social outlet in this season of gloomy weather and COVID-19 restrictions."

"When two people’s imaginations work together, the possibilities of what can be created are endless. Tap into your imagination to add more enjoyment by immersing yourself in your improv scenes. This is the ultimate in creativity - you are literally creating something that isn’t there with your partner. By exercising this muscle, you can discover more possibilities in your life."
